Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days.
Is the boba (tapioca pearls) included with the protein powder?
Our protein powders are sold separately from the toppings. We do offer instant tapioca pearls as a separate add-on so you can customize your drink's texture and calorie count.
Are your products gluten-free?
Most of our protein flavors are formulated with gluten-free ingredients; however, they are processed in a facility that also handles wheat, so we recommend checking individual label allergens if you have a severe sensitivity.
